Run this checklist before you confirm
- Step 1
Confirm the asset and network
Check that the cryptocurrency and, where it applies, the network match what you intend to send. Similar names can mean different transfer requirements.
- Step 2
Read the naira payout in the preview
Look at the amount you will receive in naira, not just the rate. The preview pairs a specific crypto amount with a specific payout.
- Step 3
Check the bank destination line by line
Confirm the account number, the bank, and the account name. A payout goes where the order says, so a mistyped digit matters more than anything else on the page.
- Step 4
Create the order before you send anything
The order is what connects your transfer to the naira payout. Never send to an address you saved earlier or received in a message.
- Step 5
Keep the reference and the transaction hash
Save both as soon as the order exists. They are what Support needs if the payout and your bank record do not agree.
Confirm the asset before you start
A sell order begins with the asset you are sending or converting. Check that you selected the right cryptocurrency and, where applicable, the right network. Assets with similar names can have different wallet formats and transfer requirements.
Do not use an address or network suggested in an unsolicited message. Open your account directly, begin from the Sell flow, and use only the details shown there.
Read the payout amount, not just the headline rate
The displayed sell rate matters, but the amount arriving in your Nigerian bank account matters more. Review the order preview for the asset amount, the naira amount, and anything shown about the payout destination before you continue.
Rates move with the market. A calm review of the final preview is more useful than trying to react to every price movement.
Treat destination changes carefully
If you need to change a bank account or payout detail, do it from your signed-in account and check the change before placing the order. Be especially cautious if someone asks you to change a destination through chat, social media, or an unexpected call.
Keep your email account secure as well. It is often the first place you will see a security notice or an order update.
Follow the status from your account
Once you submit an order, use your transaction history to see its current status. Save the reference and contact Support through the account if you need help. That keeps the conversation tied to the right order without exposing sensitive details in public messages.
