1.Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the content on ebitpoint.com and in ebitpoint accounts is owned by or licensed to EBITPOINT LTD. This includes text, guides and blog articles, page designs and layouts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, icons, the ebitpoint name and logo, and the software that runs the service.

This content is protected by Ghana's Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690), by the copyright laws of other countries, and by international agreements. All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved.

2.The ebitpoint name and logo

“ebitpoint” and the ebitpoint logo identify services provided by EBITPOINT LTD. You must not use them in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor, or partner with you, or in any domain name, app, social media account, or advertisement without our written permission.

You may use the ebitpoint name in plain text to refer to our service accurately, for example in a news article or a review.

3.Other companies' names and logos

Names, logos, and symbols of cryptocurrencies, blockchain networks, wallets, Mobile Money services, banks, and other companies shown on ebitpoint belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the assets and services we support. Their appearance does not mean those owners endorse or are affiliated with ebitpoint.

4.What you may do

You may, without asking us:

• View and use our pages for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Print or save a copy of a page, such as a policy, for your own records.
• Share links to any public ebitpoint page.
• Quote short extracts from our guides or articles, as long as you credit ebitpoint and link to the original page.

5.What you may not do

Unless we have agreed in writing, you must not:

• Copy, republish, sell, or distribute our content, in whole or substantial part.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest our pages, rates, or data with automated tools, except for search engines indexing public pages.
• Frame or mirror our pages, or build a website or app that copies the look of ebitpoint.
• Remove or change any copyright, trade mark, or other notice.
• Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer our software, except where the law allows it.
• Use our content or brand to mislead people, including in phishing sites, fake support accounts, or scam adverts.

6.Content you give us

You keep ownership of anything you submit to ebitpoint, such as reviews, support messages, and attachments. By submitting it, you allow EBITPOINT LTD to store, copy, and use it to provide and improve the service, to handle your request, and, for reviews, to publish them on ebitpoint with your rating, the coin you bought or sold, and your first name and last initial. This permission is free of charge and continues for as long as we need the content for those purposes.

You must only submit content that you have the right to share and that does not infringe anyone else's rights.

If you send us ideas or suggestions about ebitpoint, we may use them without owing you anything.

7.Reporting infringement

If you believe material on ebitpoint infringes your copyright, send us a notice using the process in our DMCA policy. It explains what the notice must include and how the person who posted the material can respond.

8.Fake sites and impersonation

The only website for ebitpoint customers is ebitpoint.com. If you find a website, app, social media account, or message that copies our brand or pretends to be ebitpoint, email info@ebitpoint.com with the link and any screenshots. Do not enter your login details, codes, or private keys anywhere except on ebitpoint.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its update date are always shown on this page.
