A review request should welcome positive or negative feedback after a completed order, without a reward or pressure to change the rating.

For an account, balance, or transaction question, use signed-in Support and include the relevant order or transaction reference. If the first answer does not resolve the issue, reply in the same conversation and explain what remains unresolved.
A public review is not a secure support channel. Never include a password, one-time code, recovery information, private key, full identity document, or other sensitive account information in a review or public post.
