Start with the asset and Ghana cedi amount
Open the Buy flow from your signed-in ebitpoint account, select the crypto asset you intend to receive, and review the Ghana cedi amount before you continue. The final order preview is more useful than a price remembered from an earlier screen or message.
Check that the order says Buy, that the asset is the one you selected, and that the crypto amount shown makes sense for the Ghana cedi amount you entered.
Use the payment details attached to your own order
The Buy flow shows the currently available payment account and reference for the order you are creating. Use those details rather than an account number copied from an old transaction, a screenshot, or an unexpected message.
Payment options can vary with availability. If an option is not shown for your order, do not assume it will be accepted later; check the live order screen or use Support from your account if you need help.
Keep the reference connected to the payment
Before paying, compare the amount, payment account, and reference against the final order details. Keep the payment and order reference available so the transaction can be matched to the right order during verification.
Do not send your password, one-time code, or other account credentials while asking for help. Account-specific questions belong in signed-in Support.
Confirm the delivery destination before you submit
Review where the crypto will be delivered, including the wallet and network when they apply. Payment is verified before delivery, but wallet and network details still need to be correct before you submit the order.
After you place the order, follow its status from your account instead of relying on a third-party message about the transaction.
