Start with the direction of the order
Before looking at the rate, check whether the screen says Buy or Sell. A Buy order should show the crypto you expect to receive. A Sell order should show the asset you are sending or converting. That small check helps prevent a decision made from the wrong side of the transaction.
If the selected asset is not the one you intended, go back and change it before you continue. Do not try to correct an order from a message, screenshot, or chat after it has been submitted.
Read the final amounts in both directions
For a purchase, compare the Ghana cedi amount you are paying with the crypto amount the preview says you will receive. For a sale, compare the amount of crypto leaving the order with the Ghana cedi amount shown for the payout.
The final preview is more useful than a headline price alone. It brings the asset, amount, and transaction direction together in one place before you make a decision.
Check the details that cannot be guessed later
Review the wallet destination, network, and payout details when they apply to your order. Make sure they belong to you and match the task you are completing. Crypto transfers can be difficult or impossible to reverse once processed, so this is the moment to slow down.
If a detail is unclear, pause the order and ask through the official support route in your account. A genuine support conversation will not require your password, one-time code, or recovery phrase.
Keep the reference after you confirm
Once you submit an order, follow its status from your account and keep the order or transaction reference. If you need help later, that reference lets Support look at the right item without you sharing sensitive information in a public message.
