Account information and responsible use
Keep the information connected to your account accurate, and use the platform only for lawful, legitimate purposes. Do not create or operate an account on someone else’s behalf without the appropriate authority.
We may ask for information needed to protect the service, investigate an issue, or meet applicable obligations before certain actions can proceed.
Rates and confirmation
Buy and sell rates are displayed to provide useful context before an action. Because markets and available rates can move, you should review the final amount and all details before confirming a transaction.
Do not make a transaction decision solely on a previous rate, a screenshot, or information shared outside your account.
Wallet and transfer safety
Crypto transfers require careful review. You are responsible for confirming the recipient address, the network, the supported asset, and the amount before approving a transfer.
- Use only the receiving details displayed for the selected asset and network.
- Treat unexpected address changes or requests for verification codes as a warning sign.
- Record the transaction reference and contact support promptly if an issue arises.
Account security
Protecting an account is a shared responsibility. Use a unique password, keep your email account secure, and enable two-factor authentication where it is available to you.
Support should not need your password, private key, recovery information, or one-time verification code. Never share them.
Support and issue reporting
For questions linked to your own account or a transaction, sign in and use the Support area. Include a clear description and the relevant transaction reference so the team can understand the issue without asking you to share sensitive credentials.
