These terms apply to the ebitpoint Rewards and referral programme. Every figure below is read from the programme settings in force right now, so it always matches what your account is measured against. Your own progress, and everything you have earned, is on your Rewards page.
One account per person
Each person may hold one ebitpoint account. Rewards earned across duplicate accounts are not paid.
Referrer and friend must be different people
A referral is not paid when the two accounts share a device, phone number, payment account or sign-up network, unless our team confirms they belong to different people.
How a referral qualifies
Your friend must complete identity verification and complete $100 of Buy orders within 30 days of joining. Sell orders do not count. When they do, you earn 5.00 USDT and they earn 5.00 USDT.
Welcome reward
A customer who joins without a referral earns 2.00 USDT on the same conditions.
Volume milestones
Lifetime completed Buy volume, valued when each order completed, earns the milestone amounts shown on your Rewards page.
Hold and payment
Every reward is held for 7 days after it is earned. Once the hold ends it is paid into your USDT wallet by our team, so payment is not instant at the moment the hold expires. A reward our team needs to check may take longer.
Monthly review cap
A monthly limit applies to each referrer: only so many referral rewards in one calendar month pass without extra review. Referrals beyond that limit are reviewed by our team before payment. We do not publish the figure, and your Invite page tells you when you are getting close to it.
Rewards that are not paid
A reward is not paid, or is reviewed after payment, when the qualifying order is reversed or refunded, when the accounts involved break these terms, or when we find abuse.
Changes
We may change amounts, thresholds or windows with 14 days' notice on this page. Rewards already earned are always honoured on the terms in force when they were earned.
