Save a payout destination you recognise
Before starting a sale, add or review the Mobile Money number or bank account you want to use for a payout in your signed-in account. Use a destination you control and recognise; account screens keep sensitive account numbers masked for safer review.
If a payout detail needs to change, make the change from your account rather than following an instruction from an unexpected call, chat, or social message.
Check the sell order from both directions
A sale has two sides: the crypto amount you are sending and the Ghana cedi amount shown for the payout. Confirm the asset, amount, quoted GHS total, and selected payout destination together before you continue.
Rates and availability can change, so use the current order preview instead of a rate from an earlier screen. Pause if the selected asset or payout account is not what you intended.
Follow only the wallet and network instructions for that order
The order gives the wallet and network instructions needed to send the crypto. Use the exact asset and network displayed for that sale; do not reuse a wallet address or network from a previous transaction.
A network mismatch can make a transfer difficult to recover. If something is unclear, ask through signed-in Support before you send any crypto.
Track the order using its reference
After sending crypto for a sale, follow the order status in your account and keep the reference. It gives Support the context needed to review the correct transaction without asking you to share sensitive credentials.
Use account activity for updates about the payout rather than relying on public messages or screenshots from another person.
