Use only the account area for your documents and check the latest status there instead of relying on unexpected messages.
The verification form asks for a clear photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie holding that same ID. The form accepts JPEG or PNG images, up to 5MB for each file.
After submission, the latest verification entry is shown as pending review, approved, or rejected in the signed-in verification area.
Only submit identity documents through the signed-in verification flow. Do not send them in chat or share a password, recovery information, or one-time code with anyone.
