Receiving into ebitpoint, selling crypto you deposit from an external wallet, and sending crypto out are three separate routes with their own networks. A network can be retired for new deposits while it stays available for sending - which is exactly what happened to USDT on Tron (TRC20).
ebitpoint network guide
Match the asset and the network before you move crypto.
A coin and the network it travels on are two different choices. A network offered in one direction can be unavailable in another - check both before you receive, sell or send.

- Ethereum (ERC20)erc20Offered
- BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)bep20Offered
- Tron (TRC20)trc20Not offered for new addresses
Tether moves on more than one network. The address or deposit you get is tied to the network you pick - a same-shaped address on a different network is a different destination.
Existing addresses or orders created earlier can still credit a late transfer on this network. It is never offered for anything new.
This guide describes product policy, not live availability. Pauses, limits and the exact address always come from the signed-in transaction screen - it is the authority for what is offered right now.
Shareable view: the address bar keeps your asset and action selection.
Why the difference
One asset can behave differently in each direction.
Addresses can look identical across different networks. An address starting with 0x is valid-looking on Ethereum and on BNB Smart Chain, and a Tron-shaped address can belong to TRX or to USDT - the address shape alone never proves a transfer will arrive where you expect.
When you are unsure, stop at the transaction screen. It names the network, the minimum, the fee and the confirmations for that specific action before anything moves.
Transfer safety
Before any crypto transfer
- Match the asset - BTC goes to a Bitcoin destination, never a Bitcoin Cash or other coin's address.
- Match the network exactly - ERC20 and BEP20 are different chains even when the address looks identical.
- Copy the address from the actual transaction screen - not from a message, a note or an old order.
- After pasting, check the recipient and the network again before you confirm.
- Read the current fee, minimum and confirmation requirements shown on that screen.
- If a transfer is pending, do not send again just because its status has not updated yet.
- Never send a password, one-time code, private key or recovery phrase to anyone - support never asks for them.
