Crypto to cash, at a rate you can see.
Every day, people in Ghana and Nigeria sell USDT, Bitcoin and other coins to pay rent, school fees and suppliers. Too often that means a stranger on a chat app, a rate that changes mid-trade, and a payout that arrives late - or not at all.
ebitpoint publishes its buy and sell rates, confirms deposits on-chain, and sends payouts to Mobile Money or a bank account, with a person on the other end of the support chat when something needs a second look. The work is the whole path: the rate, the wallet, the payout, the checks that keep it safe, and the help beside it.

Most of our customers are on a mid-range Android on mobile data. That, not a big office monitor, is who we design and test for.

04Teams
Where you could fit.
Six teams, one product. Most work crosses between them - a payout question can involve support, operations, engineering and compliance in one afternoon.
Customer operations
The payouts desk and support team. They confirm deposits, send Mobile Money and bank payouts, and answer customers in chat.
Engineering
Builds and runs the exchange: web app, wallet and blockchain integrations, payment rails, and the admin console the desk works in.
Product & design
Decides what we build next and makes it clear on a small screen: flows, copy, rates display and the help that sits beside them.
Compliance & risk
Runs identity verification, account limits and AML checks, and keeps our policies honest about what we do and do not offer.
Growth & community
Tells people in Ghana and Nigeria what ebitpoint does, plainly: guides, social channels, partnerships and rewards.
Finance & treasury
Keeps the books and the liquidity: crypto and fiat balances, rates margins, and making sure payouts are always funded.
