Pick a role, or send a general application. Attach your CV and tell us, in your own words, why this work interests you.

• Applications go straight to our hiring team. No third-party job boards sit in between.
• You get a reference number by email as soon as you submit.
• LinkedIn, GitHub or a portfolio link help, but a clear CV is enough.

A short call with someone from the team you would join. We talk about your background, the role and the salary range.

• We reply to every application within 10 working days, including when it is a no.
• Bring your questions: how we work, who you would work with, what a normal week looks like.

A small task that looks like the real job: a support reply, a payout reconciliation, a design problem or a code exercise.

• You get at least five working days, so it fits around a current job.
• Tasks are made up for hiring. We never use your work in our product.

Meet the people you would work with, at our Accra office or on video. We walk through your task together and go deeper on the role.

• Senior roles also meet a founder at this stage.
• We tell you how you did and what happens next, whatever the outcome.

References and an identity check, then a written offer. As a crypto exchange we check everyone who will handle customer money or data.

• The offer states salary, start date and where you will work.
• Your onboarding starts with security: devices, two-factor and access set up on day one.
