Confirm the asset before you start
A sell order begins with the asset you are sending or converting. Check that you selected the right cryptocurrency and, where applicable, the right network. Assets with similar names can have different wallet formats and transfer requirements.
Do not use an address or network suggested in an unsolicited message. Open your account directly, begin from the Sell flow, and use the details shown there.
Read the payout amount, not just the headline rate
The displayed sell rate matters, but the amount you will receive in Ghana cedis matters more. Review the order preview for the asset amount, the GHS amount, and any information shown about the payout method before you continue.
Rates can move with the market. A calm review of the final preview is more useful than trying to react to every price movement.
Treat payout changes carefully
If you need to change an account or payout detail, do it from your signed-in account and check the change before placing the order. Be especially cautious if someone asks you to change a destination through chat, social media, or an unexpected call.
Keep your email account secure as well. It is often the first place you will see security notices or order updates.
Follow the status from your account
Once you submit an order, use your transaction history to see its current status. Save the reference and contact Support through the account if you need assistance. That keeps the conversation tied to the right order without exposing sensitive details in public messages.
