Receiving crypto starts with your wallet details
When another person or service is sending crypto to you, open the wallet for the asset you expect to receive and use the current address and network shown there. The sender needs the same asset and network route; an address by itself is not always a complete instruction.
Receiving crypto does not replace a Buy order. It does not set a Ghana cedi quote, choose an ebitpoint payment account, or create a purchase reference for you.
Buying crypto creates an order you can review
A Buy order begins with the asset and Ghana cedi amount you choose. The live flow then shows the current order details, including the amount, destination, available payment method, and payment reference you need to review before submitting.
Use the payment account and reference shown for the order you are creating, not details copied from a past payment, a screenshot, or an unexpected message.
The same safety checks still apply
Whether you are receiving or buying crypto, confirm the asset, wallet destination, network, and amount before proceeding. For a Buy order, also compare the Ghana cedi amount and the payment details in the final review.
Keep the resulting transaction or order reference, and use signed-in Support for account-specific questions. Never share a password, one-time code, private key, or recovery phrase while asking for help.
