Start a sale from your signed-in account
Open the Sell flow directly from your ebitpoint account rather than following an instruction sent in a message. Check that the order says Sell and that Bitcoin (BTC) is the asset selected before entering an amount.
This is especially important when an unexpected message asks you to move funds quickly or send BTC to a replacement address. Use the instructions shown with the order you created yourself.
Compare the BTC amount with the final GHS amount
The final order preview should make it clear how much BTC is involved and the Ghana cedi amount attached to that order. Read both values together instead of judging the decision from the headline sell rate alone.
If the price changes while you are reviewing, take another moment with the refreshed order details. A small pause is better than submitting an amount you did not intend to sell.
Review payout and transfer instructions exactly
Check the payout details and the wallet or network instructions displayed for the specific sale. Do not reuse an old address or assume that an instruction from a previous transaction still applies.
If a wallet, network, payout detail, or payment reference does not make sense, stop and ask through the signed-in Support route. Never share your password, one-time code, or recovery information while asking for help.
Keep the reference and follow the status
After submitting a sale, use account activity to follow its status and keep the order reference. That reference helps Support look at the right item if you need assistance later.
Avoid trying to resolve an account-specific sale through a public comment or an unsolicited social message. Keep the conversation inside the account support process.
